Villa Rosa Roja comprises lounge, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms and is tiled in marble throughout.
The spacious lounge comes equipped with satellite TV/DVD and hi-fi, together with a selection of DVDs and CDs for your entertainment.
The fully fitted kitchen, equipped with full oven, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, is partitioned by an attractive open archway which leads to a beautiful dining area serviced by a solid teak breakfast bar.
Both bedrooms have ensuite facilities. The master bedroom contains double bed with ensuite bathroom equipped with full bath and shower. The second bedroom consists of twin beds with ensuite bathroom and walk in shower facilities. Both bedrooms are furnished to a high standard and have plenty of fitted wardrobe space.
All linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly when the villa is also cleaned.

Large patio doors lead out from both the lounge and the master bedroom onto the large terrace and the private pool with sunloungers and outside shower.
Outside amenities include a fantastic alfresco seated eating area with large ‘Lanzarote style’ BBQ and also a utility room with washing machine.
A volcanic rock wall surrounds the villa making it both very private and safe for children.
